Landlords are often kept in the dark about what's happening with their investment properties.
Whether it's maintenance, fees, portfolio performance or call-out fees.
The Process
We began by understanding landlord needs and empathising with their pain points. You’ll see a snapshot of the creative process: user flows and wireframes, moving into prototypes and, in some cases, a direct path to MVP.
