Problem
Property Management Agencies have an enormous amount of maintenance requests to deal with daily, making it hard to run at a profit, with staff turnover like a merry-go-round.
The Process
We started by empathising with Property Managers. What follows is a snapshot of the creative process: user flows and wireframes, progressing into prototypes and, in some cases, directly to MVP.
