Defining the problem we're solving
Problem
Tenants struggle to notify property managers about required maintenance using traditional channels (email/calls), leading to misinterpretation and lots of back-and-forth.
The Process
After research and empathy work with tenants, the solution became clear: provide a platform to add, track, manage and receive updates on maintenance requests.
