A quick brainstorm
With Clerkible, speed was key. I started with quick sketches on paper to map flows and test ideas, then jumped straight into code to bring the concept to life. The focus was on proving value fast and showing how referral tracking, relationship insights, and AI powered to dos could come together in a simple, usable tool.


End Result: From Idea to Working Product
Clerkible emerged as a functional, usable tool that proves the value of structured referral management. In just a short build cycle, I created an app where firms can track referrals, measure value, and act on AI generated suggestions. The end result demonstrates how quick iteration and focused execution can transform a pain point into a product with clear business impact.





Testing & Feedback
Formal user testing is still to come, but I was able to iterate based on qualitative feedback from an early real world user, my partner, who actively uses Clerkible in her practice.
She surfaced a number of pain points during the early builds, such as difficulty adding referrals quickly or unclear value summaries. I refined the flows to address these, simplifying inputs and making referral value tracking clearer.
The impact was immediate:
- The pain points were resolved
- The product now feels usable in day to day work
- She reports that she loves it and can see herself relying on it long term
This qualitative feedback gives me confidence in the direction of the product while also highlighting the need for broader validation with more firms and professionals.
